Lovely presented cake. Just hope the ruby grapefruit zest & peach pieces are more between the layers at the side as they are hardly noticeable at the side.

The cake is very tasty, the sponge is soft, just perfect filling inside the cake, specially the cake is not very sweet. We love it.
