Why an enquiry is required Free shipping is available to Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and Adelaide Metro. Interstate mooncake orders can’t use our normal online checkout because the requested arrival date and delivery feasibility must be confirmed manually by our team before payment.

Free shipping applies to the listed Metro areas. Delivery times are estimates after dispatch. Other interstate locations, final timing and feasibility will be confirmed based on the postcode and requested arrival date.
